Kingston Estates carries out developments both independently and in joint venture with a range of partners. Our projects typically have a gross development value of £4m and £40m.

These are the key transactions we have completed before setting up KSP and GLi in 2020.

June 2020 – planning permission granted for the redevelopment of 1-4 Francis Grove in Wimbledon, as an all-electric 63,267 sq ft office building.

August 2020 – sale of final unit at Space Business Centre, Strood.

October 2019 – sale of Nuffield Health, East Reach, Taunton.

February 2019 – sale of final units at Space Business Centre, Aylesbury.

April 2019 – purchase of Nuffield Health, East Reach, Taunton for £3.5m.

December 2018 – sale 12-16 Upper Green West in Mitcham, a mixed use 16,500 sq ft property let to Iceland.

December 2018 – sale of the Space Business Centres at Cheltenham, Gloucester and Wokingham.

July 2018 – Sale of 12 Waxlow Road, Park Royal to OUEM for £14.65m

January 2017 – sale of the Jamaica office portfolio to CLS Holdings for £29.8m.

March 2017 – practical completion of the 44,000 sq ft redevelopment of Pinnacle House in Wimbledon, pre-let in its entirety to Kindred PLC.

June 2016 – purchase of five multi-let industrial estates in Wokingham, Aylesbury, Strood, Cheltenham and Gloucester totalling 123,000 sq ft.

November 2015 – completed the purchase of 1-4 Francis Grove in Wimbledon, a 18,800 sq ft office let to the Valuation Office Agency.

October 2015 – completed the purchase of 12-16 Upper Green West in Mitcham, a mixed use 16,500 sq ft property let to Iceland.

May 2015 – purchase of 84 Swallowfield Way, Hayes – a 3 acre investment let to Ainscough Crane Hire Ltd.

December 2014 – purchase of 45 London Road, Reigate – a 19,266 sq ft office building let to Crest Nicholson Operations Ltd.

December 2014 – purchase of 35 Regent Street in Clifton, Bristol – a mixed use property let to Bank of Ireland.

November 2014 – purchase of Pinnacle House, Wimbledon – a 28,000 sq. ft office let to Vivendi.

July 2014 – purchase of Sainsbury’s, High Street, Barnet – a 5,841 sq. ft convenience store let to Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd.

July 2014 – purchase of Harlequin House in Teddington – a 20,981 sq. ft multi-let office building.

May 2014 – purchase of Heather Court, Sidcup – a 31,678 sq ft office building let to Fujitsu Services Ltd.

January 2014 – sale of 21 New St, London EC2M – a 60,000 sq. ft office building in the City of London.
